Fitness 7 is operating several branches at Rachada, Town in Town, Sukhumvit 28, Chaeng Watthana, not only Pattaya.
Fitness 7 Pattaya branch is located in Avenue Shopping Mall on Second Road, so it is very easy to visit for tourists staying at Central Pattaya area. The place was operated by other gym (California WOW) before, and Fitness 7 Pattaya has just opened in 2016. Facilities are very clean and stylish. The staffs are also good. To compare with other good gym such as Universe, Fitness 7 is more convenient place, better machines, less dumbell benches, a bit expensive. We will recommend this gym to short stay tourist in Pattaya at first.

There are enough quntity of dumbells. But benches for dumbell training are not enough.
Main trainning for their main target user seems to be machines, not dumbells.
Enough quantity of machine trainning.
The number of tred mill is not so much.
There is only one leg curl machine. I guess sometimes we have to wait to use it, since leg curl is one of pupular menu.
The burbell plates are stylish and easy to handle.
